No, we operate as a concierge practice. This means our focus is entirely on how you feel, not what insurance deems “acceptable.” By working outside the insurance model, we can treat based on optimal ranges (not just “normal” ones), personalize your care plan, spend more one-on-one time with you, and offer therapies that insurance typically won’t cover.
Yes! We currently offer Men’s Hormone Optimization and Men’s Sexual Health. For Peptide Therapy, Vitamin & Nutrient Therapy, and Medical Weight Loss, we care for both men and women.
For your convenience, we offer both. Initial visits and annual wellness visits are completed in person to ensure a thorough evaluation. Follow-up appointments can be done either in person or by phone, depending on your preference and clinical needs.
Your initial consultation includes a detailed medical history, a thorough physical examination, a review of any recent labs (within the last 6 months), and ordering of a comprehensive wellness and hormone panel if needed. At your follow-up visit, we review your lab results in detail and collaborate with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.
Absolutely, we can still help! We’re happy to review your current plan of care, go over your recent lab work, order additional labs if needed, and develop a new personalized treatment plan—or continue your existing plan if it’s working well for you.
We get it—not everyone is comfortable with self-injections. That’s why we offer in-house injection appointments at no extra cost. You can come to our clinic for your weekly injection, and one of our healthcare professionals will administer it for you. It’s quick, just a tiny needle prick, and ensures you never miss a dose.
At Simplistic Wellness, we value your time and are committed to providing a high-quality, personalized experience at every visit. To ensure we can reserve dedicated, uninterrupted time for each patient, we require a $99 consultation fee for all Men’s Health and Sexual Wellness new-patient appointments.

To respect our providers’ time and other patients waiting for appointments, we maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $50 fee, and no-shows incur a $75 fee. Fees may be waived in true emergencies at the provider’s discretion.
Candidates for TRT are typically men experiencing symptoms of low testosterone (low energy, decreased libido, difficulty building muscle, increased body fat, brain fog, mood changes, poor sleep) along with laboratory evidence of suboptimal or deficient levels. We evaluate comprehensive hormone labs, overall metabolic health, medical history, and lifestyle factors.
